Here's How It Works
Step 1:
Book a discovery call with us to discuss how we can help you save time and grow your business. This call will allow us to determine exactly what areas of your business we can help you with.
Step 2:
Based on our findings from our discovery call we will preform a complimentary diagnostic review of your current bookkeeping in QuickBooks online. If you are not currently using QuickBooks online we would set you up an account. This will be necessary for us to proceed.
Step 3:
In order for me to be able to help you with your QuickBooks Online account, you will need to send me an invite to your QBO file. We will provide a set by step process to complete the invite. Don't worry, it is simple!
Step 4:
After we have decided what your exact needs are, we will draw up a contract that we both agree on. After signing the contract there will be a few other intake forms to complete and we will be all set up to simplify your work!
Step 5:
Now that we have a clear plan, we can help simplify your work and free up your time to focus on what is most important, growing your business. We will preform a follow up call to discuss future Weekly/Monthly Bookkeeping option available to you.
I'm not using QuickBooks Online. Can you help with other accounting software?
We work exclusively in QuickBooks Online.
Do you work with business outside of the USA?
No, we only work with companies using the US edition of QBO with domestic banks.
Can you help with my tax returns?
No, we do not do tax returns.
Can you help with compilation/review/audit?
No, we do not do any form of compilations/reviews/audits. I do basic bookkeeping and managerial accounting for small business to help them grow thier business.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds, however you are free to cancel anytime.
If I have question, how long does it take to get an email response?
We pride ourselves in very prompt response times. It is important to us to give out clients the service they deserve. We will respond within 24 hours at MOST, with the exception of weekends and holidays. Your bookkeeping concerns and questions are very important to us.
How much do you charge for your services?
We have 3 different service packages available. Pricing can be provided upon request. We provide several add-on services, at an additional rate, to tailor to our customers needs.
